De JPXI biedt een combinatie van het beste van de BFR en de signature JPX Petrucci. Premium klankhout met een non-chambered body zorgen voor een meer gefocust geluid terwijl de lagere horn meer toegang geeft tot hogere frets. De JPXI nek is gestroomlijnd naar een symmetrisch, extra slank profiel met een vlakkere 20 "radius met jumbo roestvrijstalen frets. Net als bij de JPX en JP BFR is deze gitaar uitgerust met Dimarzio Crunchlab en Liquifire pickups, Piezo bridge, en Music Man synchroniseerden zwevende tremolo.
