De Luke is ontworpen door Steve Lukather van Toto en het Music Man R&D team. Gemaakt van els voor superieure resonantie, het slanke lichaam is zo gemaakt om het beste evenwicht en comfort te bieden. De met olie afgewerkte nek heeft een zacht "V" vormig profiel. De Luke is uitgerust met een EMG 85 in de brugpositie, 2 EMG SLV single coils in de midden- en nekpositie en een 5-way schakelaar voor een breed scala aan tonen.
